Working with Sir Grout was a refreshing experience in a time when it seems challenging to find great customer service and quality of work. I requested a quote online to re-grout my shower and they called me the same day (it was a weekend) to set up an appointment. The virtual quote process was easy and informative. They initially were unable to fit me in during my preferred timeframe, but they later texted me that they were able to make it work. In fact, they texted a second time when they were able to make it work even sooner. I was thrilled. The team showed up the morning of the job on time, they were very communicative, non-disruptive, barely left a speck of dust and did a beautiful job with my shower. I'll highly recommend them to anyone who needs some old fashioned quality customer service.

Showed up when they said they would for both the quote and the actual restoration. Took the amount of time they said it would. The guy who did it knew what he was doing and did a good job with both the work and the explanation. All was good to great.

I had my shower grout repaired and sealed by Sir Grout. They also cleaned and put epoxy on the grout in my mudroom. It looks brand new!

I highly recommend this company. Brian the tech worked diligently. His job was very thorough. I would never use any other company now!

The service that Sir Grout provided was professional, thorough, and high quality. They were able to refresh my shower tile grout and fix the terrible caulking job that a previous contractor did. I highly recommend Sir Grout and will definitely hire them again for future projects!

Excellent, professional work. Old ceramic tile and grout work in primary shower went very well, and then Sir Grout scheduled and completed our second bath and laundry room floor.

Highly recommend!
