Josh was very informative and explained the process. Brian, the tech, was efficient, was here on time, and left the 3/4 shower looking like new. Brian took time to explain what he was doing when we asked our many questions. GREAT JOB!Would recommend.

Josh with Sir Grout recently repaired & refinished our master shower using an epoxy grout product. I was unfamiliar with the product and the process and he did an amazing job of explaining both during a simple video call. He was also able to provide a comprehensive quote after having me show him the space during the call. Easy peasy! During the process, he showed up on time, put on shoe covers (important for me as we have white carpet), maintained a tidy work site and worked very efficiently to complete the job over two visits. We've been very happy with the results - it looks beautiful and we've noticed no areas of mold/mildew or discoloration since. We're convinced this should be the new standard for all damp tile areas & look forward to upgrading the rest of our bathrooms in the future. I highly recommend Josh & Sir Grout, as well as their epoxy grout sytem, to anyone who's tired of waging the war on shower or tub mold and is ready for a beautiful & easily maintained solution! They did a great job! I priced a couple of different places, and this was the most affordable option I found. Overall, I'd recommend them to others looking to revive their grout!
